the company TRAFILMETAL PROFILATURA S.R.L., with registered office in Via Torino, 9 – 20032 – Cormano (MI) – Italy, VAT number 13229580157 as Data Controller, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 wishes to inform you that your data will be processed according to the principles established by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation EU 679/2016), that is, in compliance with the principle of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, limitation of purposes and retention, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

The data subject to the treatment are:

- personal, identification and contact data.
- SOURCE OF THE DATA PROCESSED
The Data Controller processes the browsing data and personal data provided spontaneously by the interested party on the occasion of:
- visits to the offices or telephone calls;
- requests for quotes or proposals for offers;
- previous transactions;
- direct contacts for participation in events, exhibitions, displays, etc.;
- interactions through the website (completion of the form “Contacts”);
- subscription to the newsletter service.
- PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data voluntarily provided by you will be processed for the purposes indicated below.
With regard to the browsing data: allow the user to browse the Data Controller’s website; carry out statistical research/analysis on aggregate or anonymous data, without the possibility of identifying the Visitor, aimed at measuring the functioning, traffic and interest of the Website itself; fulfill legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject.
With regard to personal, identification and contact data:
- in execution of the contract between the interested party and TRAFILMETAL PROFILATURA S.R.L. or in execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party to:
- carry out administrative-accounting activities strictly connected and instrumental to fiscal and bureaucratic obligations and to the organizational management of the requested services;
- exchange information, including pre- and post-contractual activities;
- provide the requested goods and services and protect the credit positions deriving from them;
- formalize requests for information, prepare estimates or offers, manage negotiations and pre-contractual relationships;
- formulate requests or process requests received.
- Subject to the interested party’s consent to:
- send newsletters and communications containing informative and/or commercial and/or promotional messages concerning products, news, events and promotions promoted by TRAFILMETAL PROFILATURA
S.R.L. and to allow the interested party to stop sending, or to cancel from the list of recipients.

- DIFFUSION AND COMMUNICATION OF DATA
The personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be disseminated, or will not be disclosed to unspecified parties, in any possible form, including that of making them available or simply consulting them.
The data is communicated to recipients to the extent strictly necessary in relation to the purposes set out above. They may be communicated to workers who work for the Data Controller; in particular, based on the roles and tasks performed, some of them have been authorised to process personal data, within the limits of their competences and in accordance with the instructions given. They may also be communicated, within the limits strictly necessary, to external parties who collaborate with the Data Controller and to parties who, for the purpose of fulfilling purchases or other requests or providing services relating to the transaction or contractual relationship with the Data Controller, must provide goods and/or perform services or performances. They may also be communicated to parties authorised to access them by virtue of provisions of law, regulations and community legislation.
Finally, the data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:

- freelance professionals, firms or companies in the context of tax and labor law assistance and consultancy relationships;
- credit institutions;
- competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or to international organizations.
- METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE
The processing will be carried out in an automated and/or manual manner, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed to do so in compliance with the provisions of art. 4 and the accountability principle of the GDPR.
The Data Controller stores and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated, or to carry out what the user has requested. Subsequently, the personal data will be stored, and
not further processed, for the time established by the current provisions in civil and fiscal matters.
The data processed for marketing purposes will be retained by the Company from the moment the interested party has given his/her consent until such consent is revoked.
- RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Pursuant to GDPR 679/2016 the interested party has the right of access (art. 15), right of rectification (art. 16), right to erasure (art. 17), right to restriction of processing (art. 18), right to portability (art. 20),
right to object (art. 21), right to object to automated decision-making (art. 22).
In order to assert their rights, the interested party may contact the Data Controller specifying the subject of their request, the right they intend to exercise and attaching a photocopy of an identity document that certifies the legitimacy of the request to the following address:

- REVOCATION OF CONSENT AND SUBMISSION OF COMPLAINT
With reference to art. 6 of GDPR 679/16, the interested party may revoke at any time any consent given, except for that relating to the communication of data to third parties required by law, the failure to transmit which could compromise in whole or in part the provision of the service or the processing of requests received. However, the processing covered by this information is lawful and permitted, even in the absence of consent, as it is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the interested party is a party.
The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the state of residence.
- REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
The interested party cannot refuse to provide the Data Controller with the personal data necessary to comply with the laws regulating commercial transactions and taxation. The provision of additional personal data may be necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of the transaction. Therefore, refusal to provide the data required by law will prevent the processing of orders; while the provision of additional data may compromise, in whole or in part, the processing of other requests and the quality and efficiency of the transaction itself.
Persons who operate in the name and on behalf of legal entities may refuse to provide their personal data to the Data Controller. However, the provision of these is necessary for the correct and efficient management of the contractual relationship. Therefore, any refusal to provide the data may compromise the contractual relationship in whole or in part.
With regard to the data provided when registering for the newsletter service and filling out the “Contacts” form, the interested party may refuse to communicate the same to the Data Controller, since the provision is optional. However, filling in the indicated fields is essential in order to receive the requested newsletter and to be able to process the requests received.
- AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES
The Data Controller does not carry out processing consisting of automated decision-making processes on the data.

security, confidentiality and protection of the personal data in its possession, at any stage of the data processing.

- CHANGES TO THIS INFORMATION
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify the content of this information, in whole or in part, also due to changes in the Privacy legislation.
